Deepu Ravikumar is an experienced HSE and training professional with over 15 years in the field, including more than a decade at Vibrant Consultancy. As Technical Manager, he oversees the development and delivery of training, inspection, and consultancy services that meet international standards.

He holds a Master’s degree in Safety Management along with globally recognized qualifications such as the NEBOSH International Diploma, NEBOSH IOGC, Highfield IADT, IOSH Train the Trainer, LEEA, PASMA, IPAF, and ILM, and is a certified ISO Lead Auditor.

Deepu is an approved trainer for PASMA, IPAF, IOSH, ILM, ECITB, and IIRSM, with expertise in PDCA implementation, risk assessments, accident investigations, and competency-based training design. He has played a key role in accrediting and expanding Vibrant’s training programs across sectors like oil & gas and construction.

A Former Chair of the IIRSM Qatar Branch, he also serves as a Technical Advisor. Beyond his professional duties, Deepu actively volunteers to mentor safety professionals and support community development through knowledge-sharing initiatives.
